What is hybrid/blended learning?
Hybrid learning (or blended learning) is composed of online courses or programs that combine the flexibility of online courses with the interaction of face-to-face meetings. For instance, someone studying to become an executive coach might work for weeks in an online degree program from their home. He or she will then meet face-to-face with the instructor and classmates for a full Saturday class of hands-on experience training. Most blended programs deliver between 30 to 80 percent of the course content online.
