The roster will be posted at the beginning of March 2009, before the start of the review. Please note that the initial posting of rosters of outside expert peer reviewers web is tentative; rosters are likely to be modified up to the time that the reviews take place.

The roster for the first phase of review will be posted toward the end of December 2009/beginning of January 2010, before the start of the review. The roster for the second phase of review will be posted at the beginning of March 2010. Please note that the initial posting of rosters of outside expert peer reviewers on the web is tentative; rosters are likely to be modified up to the time that the reviews take place.
