What issues can be voted on at a meeting?
A general meeting of the Body Corporate is called to ensure that the corporation carries out the functions that are legislated for such as to administer and maintain common areas and all other property of the corporation. An agenda outlining items to be discussed should be sent no later than 14 day’s prior to the meeting so that members unable to attend can direct their proxy on how to vote on certain items.
