How does RealCom staff a project?
Each project is different and requires it’s own unique staffing plan. For a typical project RealCom staffs with a project manager (Customer Point of Contact), a project coordinator, and site acquisition, permitting, and construction specialists as required to support the project volume. RealCom has significant in-house resources as well as a network of proven independent contractors to get our work done efficiently and effectively. In addition, our in-house recruiting and human resources team has an extensive database of available resources at their finger tips to round out the project team.
