Growing your own fresh vegetables can be rewarding to say the least. One fun way to garden is to group your fruits and vegetables together to make a “theme” garden. A salsa garden is a wonderful way to grow your own vegetables and spices so you can enjoy fresh homegrown, homemade salsa later in the summer! Every salsa garden will be unique. You can plant “fooled you” jalapeño peppers, which are not hot, or you can plant habanera peppers which are very hot. There are many variations of tomatoes and onions to try as well. What ever your favorites are or something new to experiment with, your salsa garden will be just that, yours! Create a plan.
