Are Lagostina cookware dishwasher proof?
• Copper products are NOT dishwasher safe and should only be hand washed. • Stainless steel Lagostina cooking utensils and those with non-stick coatings can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing is recommended, however, as some detergents are very harsh and corrosive for aluminium parts. Therefore, to maintain the aesthetic qualities of your products, we recommend not putting them in the dishwasher (see the “Handles, knobs and lids” paragraph). • Do not leave your cookware in the dishwasher after the cycle has finished. • It is recommended to dry your pan thoroughly, immediately after washing.
