How much SimplyThick™ should I use?
Each packet of SimplyThick™ is pre-measured to thicken a specific amount of beverage to either nectar or honey consistency. Each individual serving packet will thicken 4 oz. (120 mL) to the consistency on the label. Each bulk serving packet will thicken 32 oz. (960 mL) of beverage to the consistency on the label. Each bottle dispenses a 15g stroke (directions for each consistency are displayed on the bottle). All nectar packets have red and the image of a flower on their lables. All honey packets have gold and the image of a bee on their labels. To achieve pudding consistency, simply use twice as many honey packets as needed for honey consistency.
