New zipper slider can repair zippers using no tools. Great for outdoor activities or remote locations when you need to fix a tent or sleeping or a back pack. It can be used as original slider and will not damage teeth due to split or jammed zipper. It can even go over broken teeth or go the opposite way on a zipper. See a demonstration at http://flipanzip.com Slide to top or bottom of the zipper teeth the broken slider. You can remove the old slider by prying it apart. But it is not necessary to remove old slider. Loosen the screw to release the tension on the spring. Attach the slider on the same side as the old slider on the teeth. Tighten the screw to snug the zipper slider to the teeth and then use as you would as a regular zipper.
