Are trampolines dangerous?
In themselves, no! However, as with anything, if used incorrectly, mishaps can occur. All Super Tramp trampolines are supplied with a user guide and from early 2007, a DVD guide to assembly and safe use of your trampoline. If you follow these guidelines, you are highly unlikely to have any problems. Certainly trampolining is much safer than activities such as horseriding, cycling and swimming.
