How Do I Burn Divx Movies to DVD?
DivX is a video codec that allows you to compress videos into a smaller size while retaining much of the quality. It was created by DivX, Inc. Some DVD players have the capability of playing DivX movies, but many do not. In order to create a DVD that can be played on any DVD player, the video must be converted to the MPEG-2 format. DVD Flick, ImTOO DivX to DVD Converter and Xilisoft DivX to DVD Converter are three software programs that can convert DivX to DVD. Download and install DVD Flick (see Resource list). Open the “DVD Flick” software. It will be found under the “Start” menu. Click the “Add Title” button. Choose the DivX video that you want to convert. Double click the video and define the chapters, subtitle files and audio files, if desired. Click the “Project Settings” button and set the DVD target size. You can also change the “Encoder Priority” settings, which determines the quality of the finished video. Click the “Accept” button. Choose the “Burning” option on the left sid
