Downeast LNG is composed of a small but very experienced development team of energy project permitting and finance experts who understand what is required to develop an LNG terminal. Dean Girdis founded Downeast LNG in March 2004. Robert Wyatt began advising the project on site identification, environment, and permitting in July 2004.
