If you want to watch web videos on your dsi only way to do that is to download them because web videos usually needs flash player to be installed but dsi doesn`t support flash player. So maybe you can find the way and somehow hack that problem but than you need to build your own dsi i guess. If you are good in this stuff you can do it because everything is possible.
