And then we’re going to use your one and a half inch tape, and we’re going to start at the top, and just tape it down as an anchor. And we’re going to do that about, three times. Keep your foot flexed. And then we’re going to do stirrups, starting on the medial side of the ankle, and working our way to the outside. And then we’re going to do that about, three times.
