How do I get BroadbandAccess Connect?
• Have a BroadbandAccess Connect capable wireless device. Click here for a list of current BroadbandAccess devices. • Subscribe to a qualifying Verizon Wireless data and/or calling plan. • Subscribe to a BroadbandAccess Connect feature. To get BroadbandAccess Connect today contact a sales representative today. • Obtain the appropriate USB adaptor for your device, by purchasing a Mobile Office Kit from any Cellular Sales store, or through this website. (Cable included in device package for certain devices) • Finally, you need a copy of VZAccess Manager. This is included in the Mobile Office Kit or can be downloaded from www.vzam.net. Note: Although the installation of VZAccess Manager is not required for BlackBerry devices, it is recommended when using the devices as USB modems for BroadbandAccess Connect.
In order to utilize BroadbandAccess Connect you must: • Have a BroadbandAccess Connect capable wireless device. • Subscribe to a qualifying Verizon Wireless data and/or calling plan. • Subscribe to a BroadbandAccess Connect feature. To get BroadbandAccess Connect today contact a Business Sales Representative; or call (800) VZW-4BIZ (800-899-4249). • Obtain the appropriate USB adaptor for your device. BlackBerry devices, Smartphones, and some select handsets come bundled with this. If using a handset, a Mobile Office Kit needs to be purchased from any Verizon Wireless store, or online. • Finally, you need a copy of VZAccess Manager. This is included in the Mobile Office Kit, BlackBerry / Smartphone box, or can be downloaded from VZAccess Manager’s website.
