You can get rid of them yourself, at home, with a blackhead extractor. Sterilize the extractor before each use by soaking it in rubbing alcohol for a couple of minutes. Remove and dry. Prepare your skin by softening it with a hot shower or by placing a warm damp towel on your face until it cools. Run more warm water on the towel, ring it out and place it on your face again.
