What work does KAIROS do?
Take the time to explore our website for the best answer to this question, starting with Who We Are. KAIROS works on human rights, the struggle against poverty, justice for migrant workers and refugees, Indigenous rights, corporate social responsibility, ecological justice, and funds groups working on similar issues in the global South. KAIROS also runs an annual education for action campaign. Our current campaign is Re-energize: Time for Carbon Sabbath, looking at the impacts of our world’s dependence on fossil fuels. KAIROS has about sixty community-based groups across the country that work on these issues of justice at the grassroots level. To find a group near you check out the KAIROS network http://www.kairoscanada.org/en/get-involved/network/local-groups/ or contact our regional representatives.
