Texting Limit Reached, now what?
When you first turned on your Zipit Z2 you created a Zipit Login (User name and Password). This Zipit Login is your texting account. When you purchase a service plan or if you qualified for a free texting promotion, that is tied directly to your Zipit Login account. If a “set defaults” was done on the Zipit Z2 you must log back in with the original Zipit Login account user name and password. If you did not log back in with the original user name and password and instead created a new account, your Zipit Z2 will give you a message that the texting limit has been reached. In order to get past this you must do another “set defaults” (Home/Tools/Set Defaults – answer yes), when the Zipit Z2 reboots enter the original user name and password.
