How do you make distilled water at home?
Make distilled water at home. Distilling water usually takes fancy equipment. Water is distilled by evaporating then condensing the liquid you start with. This is an easy yet effective way to distill water. Whether for an experiment or for survival out in the wild. Our goal is to be able to collect the evaporated distilled water once it has evaporated. Place the liquid you want to distill in a glass bottle that can withstand a bit of heat. Duct tape another glass bottle to the one with liquid in it and slant it at least 30 degrees. This way you will be able to collect any evaporated distilled water. It’s best to use a bottle with a deep curve on top that way it will prevent the distilled water from slipping back in the 1st bottle. Apply constant low heat to the bottle with the liquid and an ice pack on the top slanted bottle. This will ensure all the water you collect is pure distilled water. It will also make the process quicker.
