Who Invented Organ Transplantation?
Organ transplantation is not an invention of a single scientist. In fact organ transplantation is a scientific method which evolved over many number of years. Although the first successful corneal transplant was done by Eduard Zin in 1905 in Austria. The other french scientists such as Alexis Carrel, Charles Gutherie etc are also considered to be the pioneers of organ transplantation.
