Resistance band exercise is a method of using elastic bands, with hand grips at their ends, in the place of free weights or pull-up bars. TNT Power Cables are a system of resistance bands that offer a great deal of customization through its unique handles. The TNT handles feature three different slots on each handle to attach a cord to, allowing the user to customize how many bands and how much resistance each band provides. Set the resistance of your handles by inserting one to three resistance bands into each handle. For one band, insert the bands into the center slot on each handle. For two bands, use the two outer slots. For three bands use all three slots. Remove bands by pulling up on the cord slightly, toward the grip, to remove the wider portion of the cord from the slot, allowing you to pull the narrower cord out.
