Blemishes can be frustrating, but you don’t have to hide your face away from everyone else. Use these tips to hide your zit and look pretty for social events. Put a cold compress on your zit to reduce swelling and redness. Try using an ice cube wrapped in a wash cloth to cover the blemish. If redness persists, use a dot of green concealer on the zit. Red and green are complimentary colors and will neutralize each other. Blend well. Apply foundation all over your face. Follow up with a flesh-toned concealer on the zit, and blend well. Top with powder to set the make-up and give a matte appearance. Apply the rest of your make-up in such a way to distract from the zit. If the zit is near your chin, use pretty eye shadow and lots of mascara. However, if it is on your forehead, put on bright lipstick instead.
