How Do You Dig Up Tulip Bulbs?

Use a pair of sharp pruning shears to remove all the greenery and foliage from the flowers. Using a hand shovel or trowel, carefully dig around the flower bed in a complete circle. Move inward on the flower bed and slowly dig to loosen the dirt.
