Vivdendi Games, Vivendi S.A., and VGAC LLC is actually owned by what is now called Activision Blizzard. Activision just recently made the purchase and got Vivendi in the process. The papers I got about the sale is dated July 16th 2008. Here is a bit from the booklet I got.
