Can an outlook calendar be shared or copied with another computer?
The main question is – what software is on your laptop? Does it have Outlook as well? 1) Assuming that your email account is being handled by an Exchange server, this is the easiest: with your laptop, set up Outlook in CACHED EXCHANGE mode. That will essentially make a copy of your entire mailbox and calendar (and tasks) on your laptop. Whenever you’re using the laptop, it will synchronize with the Exchange server, so you’re mailbox will be the same on laptop and desktop and wherever else. 2) You can go into Outlook – File/Import and Export and tell the system to Export to a File – then choose the Calendar folder, and then choose the dates. Take that file on a jump drive and bring it to the laptop. Let the calendar program there import that file. 3) Go to Google Calendar – follow the directions on import/export (which is like (2) above and then importing to Google Calendar. A lot depends on what’s on your laptop to work with.
