BSM Connect is a statewide support network of highly experienced and dedicated BSMs who provide just in time and just for me support and advice to BSMs/School Administrative Officers across the state. BSM Connect will provide practical assistance in a confidential environment; and complement existing support systems for BSMs. BSM Connect will not provide professional counselling, mediation or legal assistance nor is BSM Connect related to the recruitment and selection or the performance and review processes. The team of BSMs, with their wide range of experience and skills are known as BSM Connectors.
