• When you sign up for our service, you will be asked to provide names and phone numbers for emergency contacts such as friends, relatives and neighbors. In the event of an emergency, our Monitoring Technicians will ask you who to contact. If our Technicians can not hear you, or if you request it, Emergency Medical Technicians will be immediately dispatched.
