What is the FICO Expansion score?

0

FICO Expansion score is a credit risk score based upon non-traditional consumer credit data (in other words, not based on data from the major national credit bureaus, TransUnion, Equifax and Experian). The purpose of this new score is to predict the credit risk of consumers who don’t have a traditional FICO score. Credit grantors who cannot obtain a traditional FICO credit bureau risk score for a consumer due to insufficient history for that consumer at the credit bureaus may be able to receive a FICO Expansion score from Fair Isaac Credit Services, Inc.
