What is Lean Systems Thinking?
Lean Systems Thinking is a pragmatic approach for improving the performance of any process or product. It places great emphasis on: • Thinking in terms of systems, looking at performance from the perspective of customers, the value they gain from the products and service they receive • Avoidance of all forms of waste in the end-to-end process of creating value for customers • Using data to establish and remove root causes rather than “treat” symptoms • A healthier approach to measurement and analysis.
