Who leads the activities?
Most are self-initiated. If you wish to participate in vigil (explained in the general files section), you simply put your name on the Monday of the week for which you wish to keep vigil. For rituals, spellwork, or other demonstrations the person leading the current exercise generally designats the next to do so. This may be someone who can offer a unique perspective or someone who volunteered beforehand. If the previous activity leader doesn’t want to nominate someone, he or she can ask for volunteers.
