Shortages are posted in MyShift, and qualified full-time and part-time colleagues go online to request shifts above their regularly scheduled hours Per diem colleagues in participating departments schedule all their shifts in MyShift by looking at the shortages posted. They do not see posted incentives until they have scheduled their 48 hours for the 6 week posted schedule.
