Is the provosts tutorial secure?
The provost’s tutorial uses NetBadge Login, the same security system used to secure email and other confidential material. If you keep the tutorial open you can come back to finish it later, but keep two things in mind: (1) the tutorial will automatically time out in 20 minutes. If that happens you will need to start over (2) You will be logged into U.Va.’s secure system. Anyone with access to your computer will be able to access your email account, your Human Resources and Oracle information and any other programs or systems which require NetBadge Login to enter.
