They like them to practice every day. Last year when they started, part of the homework was to listen to music and recognize the name of the song. It wasn’t a lot. I think for Anna that helped her a lot. I think if we didn’t continue over the summer, she wouldn’t be as confident as she is now. Is it hard to get her to practice? Not really. She just really enjoys it. I don’t have to make her do it. She also has a private lesson one day a week with her teacher from last year. At least three times a week, she’ll practice on her own.
