How do I make clicked URLs open in a new window or new tab?
• New Window (OS: Windows) A common problem experienced when using BitWise on Windows is that clicking on URLs in conversations or other places within BitWise will “hijack” a currently open browser window. Changing this behavior requires different steps depending on your browser. Internet Explorer: Open the Internet Options from the Tools menu. Then, click on the Advanced tab. Under the Browsing heading there is an item Reuse windows for launching shortcuts. Unchecking this will then cause any links opened from BitWise to open in a new browser.
