These are Accounting messages sent to a TACACS+ server for recording a user’s activities on the device for the purpose of billing and/or security. In release 24.0, Nortel added records of users’ activities after they’re authorized and authenticated, more frequent response (every 1 second) to TACACS+ server, configurable Privilege Level for each account access and configurable TACACS+ Failsafe Mechanism in event of TACACS+ failure.
