What events led to WWII?
The unilateral Peace Treaty of Versailles declared the Middle Powers, above all Germany and Austrria-Hungary as the only guilties of WWI. Apart of this, the impositions were so dreadful that Germany had a hypo-inflation and many millions of unemployed people. Many of these desperate people were Communists. In the Western world the fear of Communist Russia was gigantic. So many bankers, even US bankers gave money to the demagogue Hitler, leader of the Nazi-party and who in his book, Mein Kampf, My Struggle, declared the USSR as the natural enemy and foe of Germany.1936 exploded in Spain a civil war, fundamentally the right against the governing left. Hitler and Mussolini helped the rebel leader Franco to win the war. In this Spanish war both Germany and Italy proved their new weapons, which were utilized later in WWII.
