What is Text Tutor ?
TextTutor is a service that allows students to learn ACT and SAT vocabulary words using a learning device that is very familiar to them – their cell phone. Vocabulary definitions, along with sample sentences, are sent to the student’s cell phone using SMS text messaging. The definition and a sample sentence are also sent as a voice message to the student’s phone. Students can study the definitions any time and any place. Then a simple text message quiz is sent to the student’s phone.
