A . Although this is the next best thing to sitting in front of a guru and learning, it has its advantages. It can be very effective considering that after downloading the video lesson you can play it as many times as you want and learn at a pace which is comfortable for you and any time that you are free. Each of these lessons is worth a weeks practice atleast and if undertaken seriously, I see no reason as to why it can not be equally effective if not more. 2.
