What makes a diet great?
With so many different diet plans out there – how can you be sure The Instinct Diet is right for you? Perhaps these reviews will help you decide. The Instinct Diet is working for me and has given me hope and confidence that I will continue to lose weight until I reach my target healthy weight. I’ve followed the diet closely for 6 weeks and have lost 12 pounds. I follow the vegetarian diet plans and have never felt so satisfied with my daily meals, snacks, and desserts. After a lifetime of craving high calorie foods, I am now happy with these recipes and look forward to the now familiar healthy snacks and desserts. Each recipe that I’ve prepared has been tasty, healthy, and satisfying. I no longer crave high calorie foods. This was an easier read than I thought. I found many points about eating that I could finally relate to especially since it was explained in a more scientific manner rather than an emotional one. My only disappointment was realizing that I could not suggest this book
