Who pays the Job Seeker?
During a job assessment, the job seeker is not paid. This is a time for evaluation for all parties. When a job seeker is hired, they are given the same consideration as any employee. They are paid by the employer and expected to adhere to company policies the same as all other employees. Reasonable accommodations can be made for work stations, schedules, and other logistic issues but wages are to be consistent with company policy for all employees.
