The Vodafone Mobile Connect USB Modem is a small device that plugs into the USB port of a laptop, PC or Mac. It allows customer to connect to the Vodafone network using 3G broadband, 3G or GPRS. The software to run the device on Windows laptops is automatically installed from the modem onto the laptop the first time the device is plugged in (plug and play) which makes it very easy to get up and running. Mac users need to load the software from the CD that is packaged with the device.
