How Do You Build Garden Planter Benches?
I’ve noticed over the past couple of years an increasing interest in Backyard Gardening as a hobby, both from a therapeutic standpoint, and from a more practical one. First of all, returning to one’s roots, whether we came from a gardening culture or not, really does have a tendency to take some stress out of everyday life when applied diligently to the creation and maintenance of a home garden. Secondly, producing crops that both beautify your own home and others (flowers), or supplement the weekly food bill can be immensely satisfying to the budding home-grower. Then what prevents more folks from getting involved in gardening? A little bit of fear perhaps, a lack of knowledge, not enough space? Probably all of that and a bit more. If you do have a bit of space in the back yard, but are not willing to dig up any lawn permanently to install a garden, then utilizing containers and small, homemade planter benches to keep them off the ground are probably the best way to begin.
