How do I stop WinGO from running when Windows starts up?
WinGO is started through an entry in the registry. To remove this entry so that WinGO no longer runs automatically you will need to remove this registry entry. To do this, press the Start button, select Run and type in REGEDIT and press Enter. Now open up the tree to find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run node. You should see a WinGO node in the list on the right hand side. Right-click on this and select Delete.
