WHAT IS EWU EARLY HEAD START?
Since 1998, Eastern Washington University (EWU) has been the grantee for the federal Early Head Start (EHS) program in Ferry, Stevens and Pend Oreille counties of Washington State, locally known as the Tri-Counties.
