Is Milfords drinking water safe?
We are pleased to report that the water pumped from the Curtis Wells is safe and satisfies all current State and Federal water quality requirements. For the general population, the presence of contaminants in drinking water does not necessarily pose a health risk, although some people may be more vulnerable than others to contaminants in drinking water. The Pennichuck CCR is available at the Department of Public Works office located on South Street, and at www.pennichuck.com.
