How and when is the equipment delivered?

In North America (USA and Canada), we deliver all services via FedEx to the requested address (home, office, school, etc). Shipping transit time varies between 2 – 10 business days depending on the destination, time limitations, and/or special requests. Call in Europe will deliver your equipment before you leave on your trip. If you place your order via telephone, we will schedule the most appropriate shipping and delivery date based on your needs. If you place an order online, please make sure to note a “Need order delivered by” date in the appropriate field and we will contact you to confirm the scheduled shipping date.
