Why Sail NCL?
We have sailed NCL twice, and both times felt the line offered a fun experience and an excellent value for the money. NCL is unique in their “sports afloat” program and theme cruises that often feature celebrities. Other positives about NCL are: • Cabins are beautiful and spacious • Public areas are not overly crowded, and there is plenty of deck space • Size of ships like Dream and Wind is nice – not too big to get lost on,. but big enough to be stable and have a variety of public areas • Food and service at Le Bistro is great • Waiter and busboy service is excellent (as was service from the entire staff and crew) • Ice cream – it’s made fresh and is terrific • Entertainment – only line that does true Broadway shows • Variety of age groups on board • Great sports afloat program • Theme cruises for sports, music, etc., featuring celebrities We feel NCL’s minor negatives are: • Drinks not good, and overpriced • Public areas not as clean as other ships • “Casually dressed” crowd on forma
