How to build up upper body muscle?
There isn’t anything wrong with not knowing what to do when it comes to machines at the gym. Everyone has to start somewhere and the best place to start is by learning the basic exercises. As well you shouldn’t be working just upper body you should be training; Shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back, quads, calves, and forearms. You may want to be looking in to buying some dumbbells as well, maybe for christmas or if you have the money now then go for it.
