Is the Bowflex worth the money?
Regis, give me my million for answering this question! I can say YES without a doubt! For me it is absolutely worth it. I have a machine that fills my needs nicely, can be moved when needed, and is very convenient. It is not better than free weights as far as resistance goes, but when it comes to safety and space, Bowflex is superior. Bowflex may not be for everyone, I encourage you to try it before you buy it if you can, if that isn’t possible, make sure you understand the return policy in case you don’t like it. I am keeping mine!
