Wrestling is practiced in Olympics and international competitions. In wrestling all body may be used in any way to obtain a fall. A fall is awarded when one contestant holds both of his or hers opponent’s shoulders to the mat for one second. By International rules any fair hold, trip, or throw is permitted. Chokes or submissions are forbidden, as well as kicking and punching. Wrestling is a great way to stay fit, develop overall body strength, endurance and athletic physique as well as a grate form of self-defense.
