You cannot SEND image in scrap/post. All you can do is to give a link to that image/SWF in scrap/post. If the receiver/reader has Orkut Helper installed & has enabled the option ‘Replace Links To Images By Their Corresponding Images’, the add-on will automatically replace the link by the image. & Similar is true with SWFs.
